Cybersell imports household goods and sells them in Japan under its own brand, ArtGate, and provides e-commerce operations and distribution services to brands entering the Japanese market. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Sale of our own-brand products on Amazon.co.jp, TikTok Shop, Qoo10, and other e-commerce channels
- E-commerce operations for partner brands (listing, product pages, advertising, fulfillment)
- Wholesale and distribution in Japan
- Digital advertising and content marketing
- Data analytics and performance reporting
- Integration with third-party platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

Certain services may require payment of fees. All fees are quoted in Japanese Yen unless otherwise specified. You agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the payment terms agreed upon at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in a separate agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
- Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cybersell Company Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue in effect.
